Most people call us once something already looks bad. On a care plan we take the washing, the concrete, the gutters and the windows on a set rotation, so it never gets there.

What being on a plan is worth

You go to the front of the line
Members get scheduled before one-off jobs. When spring hits and everyone calls at once, you are already on the calendar.

Someone looks the property over
We walk the property at least once a year and tell you what is coming, so a small repair does not turn into a big one.

You pay less than booking it piecemeal
Members get preferred pricing on anything outside the plan, and the plan itself costs less than buying the same work one job at a time.

Questions
What people ask about the plans
Why is there no fixed price on the plans?
Because the work is not the same on every property. A single-story ranch and a two-story with a wraparound porch take different amounts of time, water and access equipment. The prices on this page are where each plan starts, and we give you the real number once we have looked at your property.
What does the annual roof inspection include?
We get up and look at the roof once a year and tell you what we find. That inspection is what Premier includes. If the roof needs cleaning we quote it separately at member pricing, and only when it needs doing.
What if my property needs something that is not in my plan?
You can add it whenever you want and you pay member pricing on it. That covers work like roof cleaning, deck staining and lighting upgrades. We will also point it out during your property review if we notice it before you do.
How does the holiday lighting credit work?
Signature carries a 150 dollar credit and Premier carries 250 dollars, and it comes off a qualifying holiday lighting installation. Essential does not include a credit, but Essential members do get on the Christmas lighting schedule before anyone else.
