What areas do you serve?

Is permanent lighting only for Christmas?
No. It is first an everyday accent light, usually a warm white that flatters the house on an ordinary evening. The holiday colors are there when you want them.
Do you take down and store holiday lights?
Yes. Design, installation, in-season maintenance, removal and off-site storage are all included. You never handle the lights or find room for them.
Will pressure washing damage my roof or siding?
It can, so we do not use high pressure on either. Roofs and siding get soft washed: low pressure plus a solution that kills the algae at the root. High pressure is for concrete.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. B. Devine holds an Arkansas Home Improvement Contractor License, carries full liability insurance, and is manufacturer certified on the lighting systems we install. Documentation is available on request.
How far in advance should I book event or holiday lighting?
For weddings and events, as early as you have a date. For holiday lighting, late summer or early fall. The calendar fills quickly after that.
Do you work with businesses, HOAs and property managers?
Yes. Storefronts, offices, restaurants, venues, neighborhood entrances and multi-property portfolios. We can set up recurring service so it stays on a rotation.
