Our Story

How We Ended Up Doing All This

We started as an exterior maintenance company. Every service added since then was added because a customer asked for it: permanent and landscape lighting, holiday and event lighting, exterior cleaning.

People did not want their properties maintained. They wanted them transformed. That is where Elevate Lighting Systems came from: premium permanent lighting, under the B. Devine name they already trusted.

Founded in 2010 with a simple mission: serve our community with integrity, exceptional workmanship, and genuine care for every customer.

We are a small crew on purpose. When you book work with us, you deal with the same faces from the quote through to the walkthrough, and the person who priced the job is the person who stands behind it.
