Sound Familiar?
One House Should Not Need Four Contractors
One company washes the siding. Somebody else does the windows. A third one puts up the Christmas lights. Nobody is responsible for how the whole place looks.
The Fix
One Call Covers All of It
We put your lighting and your cleaning on the same schedule, so there is one number to call and the crew that shows up already knows the property.

Elevate Lighting Systems
Permanent lighting is its own craft, so it gets its own certified team. It is still the same company and the same phone number.

Permanent Lighting
Architectural Lighting That Stays Up All Year
We install LED fixtures into your eaves and rooflines one time, and they stay there. In daylight you barely see them. After dark you run them from your phone. Most nights that means warm white on a sunset schedule, and on game day it can be your team's color. It also gives you the security lighting you have probably been meaning to add.
We install these through Elevate Lighting Systems, our premium permanent lighting division.
- Warm everyday lighting that flatters the architecture
- Millions of colors and preset scenes for any occasion
- App control: schedules, dimming, zones
- Doubles as security lighting after dark

B. Devine Exterior and Events made my dream wedding come to life! Communication before set up, in between and after was superior! I wouldn't have trusted anyone else to deliver what I was envisioning! I asked for a dreamy/fairy light illuminated tent for my wedding reception and that is exactly what I got! It turned out perfect & I got MANY compliments after! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Questions
Frequently Asked
What areas do you serve?
Maumelle and Central Arkansas: Little Rock, North Little Rock, Conway, Cabot, Sherwood, Benton and Bryant. Not on the list? Call 501-725-9258 and we will tell you either way.
Is permanent lighting only for Christmas?
No. It is first an everyday accent light, usually a warm white that flatters the house on an ordinary evening. The holiday colors are there when you want them.
Do you take down and store holiday lights?
Yes. Design, installation, in-season maintenance, removal and off-site storage are all included. You never handle the lights or find room for them.
Will pressure washing damage my roof or siding?
It can, so we do not use high pressure on either. Roofs and siding get soft washed: low pressure plus a solution that kills the algae at the root. High pressure is for concrete.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. B. Devine holds an Arkansas Home Improvement Contractor License, carries full liability insurance, and is manufacturer certified on the lighting systems we install. Documentation is available on request.
How far in advance should I book event or holiday lighting?
For weddings and events, as early as you have a date. For holiday lighting, late summer or early fall. The calendar fills quickly after that.
Do you work with businesses, HOAs and property managers?
Yes. Storefronts, offices, restaurants, venues, neighborhood entrances and multi-property portfolios. We can set up recurring service so it stays on a rotation.
Let's See What Your Property Could Look Like
We will walk the property with you and tell you honestly what would make the biggest difference and what it would cost. The consultation is free, and most quotes go out within two business days.
